- Full Payment is due at booking.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- If services are canceled anytime before the design is made, a design credit in the full amount of the service will be issued. Credits expire 3 months after being issued.
- Once the design has been created and presented to the client, no design credits will be issued for canceled services.
- Design time does not begin until the Inquiry Form is submitted.
- Inquiry forms submitted incomplete or not submitted within 30 calendar days of booking are subject to a late fee before order is processed.
- After 45 calendar days, if completed inquiry forms are not submitted and a late fee hasn't been paid, the order will be cancelled. Payments are non-refundable.
- All orders and form submissions received after 12 pm (EST) go towards the next business day.
- Printing services are not included in the design time unless otherwise specified.
- Some services have unique policies and exceptions. They are outlined in the online description when ordering.
- All design specifications are provided in the online description and are to be read carefully when ordering.
- All designs come with 2 free edits. Edits take 3 - 5 business days each.
- Edit requests must be received in 4 business days of receiving the design.
- There is a 4 edit maximum. The 3rd and 4th edit are subject to up-charges.
- After 4 business days, all designs are final. Clients must pay a fee for late edit requests. 
- Graphics & Art by Lex reserves the right to share any design unless requested otherwise by the client.
- Graphics & Art by Lex reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at any time for any reason. If Alexis cancels, a 50% - 100% refund will be issued at her discretion.
- Graphics & Art by Lex reserves the right to update these policies at any time and will notify the client via email if there are updates.
